This helps our office process escrow account charges more efficiently and accurately. Additional benefits of Electronic Print Sessions include the ability to view your escrow account balance from our public computers as you are working and elimination of having to wait in line to pay for copies at the counter. Electronic Print Sessions also help protect escrow accounts from unauthorized charges.

Notice to All Public Users:

Electronic Print Sessions will also be implemented at the same time for public users. Public Users are anyone that need to make copies at the public computers but do not have an escrow account.

The Electronic Print Session process for public users is almost the same as it is for escrow accounts. The only difference is that public users will have to be assigned a user ID and password for the time period they are printing from the public computers and they will pay for their print session charges at the counter as usual.

For more information about electronic print sessions or to sign up for a training session, please contact our office at 828-764-9340.
