PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Burke County Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting at 5:30 PM on September 28, 2023, in the Commissioners Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting the Board will hear public comment regarding the following matters:
Rezoning Request - ZMA 2023-08 Applicant: Ashkenazic Investments, LLC - A request to rezone approximately 6.84 acres of land from Residential Three (R-3) to the General Business (G-B) zoning district. The rezoning consists of a portion of Parcel (PIN# 2722396358). The subject parcel is located off Morganton Furniture Rd and Cleet York Rd.
Zoning Text Amendment: ZTA 2023-09 Applicants: AAH Homes, LLC / Robert Parker, and Gary Nolan - A request to rezone three (3) parcels of land totaling approximately 3.48-acres of land to the General Business (G-B) zoning district. The rezoning consists of Parcels (PIN# 2783690190, PIN# 2783682916, and a 1.25-acre portion of Parcel (PIN# 2783695481). The subject parcels are located off Airport Rhodhiss Rd. and Lake View Dr.

The meeting will be an IN-PERSON MEETING. No virtual showing will be available.
