PUBLIC NOTICE
The Burke County Planning Board will hold a Public Meeting at 5:30 PM on August 22, 2019 in the Commissioners Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following matter:
Major Subdivision -Preliminary Plat Approval: Applicant: Tim Truitt is proposing a new Phase of the Belmont Subdivision within the Morganton Township consisting of fourteen (14) lots. The proposed subdivision will be created from parcel PIN# 1781989439. Access to the subdivision is off Hopewell Rd.
