The Burke County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on July 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon as persons may be heard, in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Burke Services Building, 110 N. Green St. (Door E) in Morganton, NC. At the meeting the Board will take public comment regarding the following zoning matter:
Rezoning Request - ZMA 2022-04
Applicant: Nebo Crossing, Inc. - A request to rezone one parcel of land totaling 3.53-acres from the Residential Two (R-2) Zoning District to the Office Institutional (O-I) District. Property ID (PIN# 1774277889 / REID# 20512). Address: 4035 Frank Whisnant Road, Morganton.
