PUBLIC NOTICE
The Burke County Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting at 6:00 PM on August 8, 2023, in the Commissioners Meeting Room/County Services Building located at 110 N. Green St. in Morganton, NC (Door E). At the meeting they will take public comment regarding the following matters:
SUP 2023-07 (Malcolm & Tracey Moore, Applicant) Request for a special use permit to construct a 2,208 square foot accessory structure (46x48) on property addressed as 5883 Watershed Road (PIN # 2710416608) of Burke County.
SUP 2023-08 (Chris McManus & Jeremy Reed, Applicants) Request for a special use permit to establish and create a commercial racetrack, for motocross riding and limited event use, on multiple parcels of property addressed as 2577 Conley Road (PIN # 1770445710 & 1770430541) of Burke County.
