Who can obtain certified copies of birth, death, and marriage records?

Certified copies of vital records are available only to, the individual, an immediate family member i.e.:

  • An authorized agent
  • Grandparent
  • Legal representative of the individual
  • Parent
  • Sibling or spouse
  • Step parent

These records are available in our office with proper identification and cost of $10 per copy payable by cash or check.
